Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month.
Payment Plan Options (Please note: Tuition payment does not fluctuate with holiday seasons, extended vacations, student absenteeism, or emergency school closures.)
Elevation Community School offers two payment options. A family may pay all of their tuition upfront in one lump sum or divided equally over 10 months (August-May). We manage all tuition agreements and payment plans through an online service. Each new school year, a new tuition agreement is initiated for each family during the re-enrollment process.
According to that year’s tuition rates. Online payment plans through checking, credit card or debit card are encouraged, however, check payments to ECS are also acceptable if preferred. If a family is more than 30 days behind on tuition payments their student will not be able to attend ECS until the balance is paid.
Insufficient Funds – an additional $32 charge will be added to your account for any check or payment returned for insufficient funds.
No tuition credit will be given for missed classes for any reason including withdrawal, sickness, suspension or expulsion. If a student ceases attending ECS during the school year (for any reason), parents must pay the year’s tuition in full before records can be released. The obligation to pay the fees and tuition for the full year is not conditional and no portion of fees and tuition paid or outstanding will be refunded or canceled in the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal from Elevation Community School.
